Job Description
Job Title: Tax Manager
Location: Irving Texas (Hybrid; open to fully remote for the right candidate)
Compensation: $125000 to $150000
Benefits: Health 401k Dental
A leading financial services firm based in Irving Texas is seeking a dynamic and experienced Tax Manager to join our team. We offer a collaborative work environment with opportunities for career growth and development. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in public accounting and tax return preparation with the ability to manage tax processes from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and review various tax returns includingSetc.
- Manage the tax process from cradle to grave with hands-on involvement.
- Oversee and eventually run the tax department ensuring compliance and efficiency.
- Coach and mentor team members fostering a collaborative and supportive environment.
Qualifications:
- EA or CPA certification required.
- 4-7 years of public accounting experience.
- Proven experience in tax return preparation and review.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- US citizens permanent residents and visa holders are welcome to apply.
Additional Information:
- Hybrid work environment with flexibility for fully remote work for out-of-area candidates.
- Travel arrangements will be made for ideal out-of-state candidates to meet the team in person.
