Director of Business Sales and Marketing
Our client is a leading supplier in the specialized heavy equipment industry offering sales and rentals of unique work trucks utility equipment and RC mowers. They provide a comprehensive benefits package including medical dental vision FSA HSA and 100% company-paid Life and LTD. As they expand their operations into a new marketplace in central coastal California they are seeking an experienced Director of Business Sales and Marketing. This role is pivotal to their growth strategy focusing on increasing market share building a sales team and enhancing CRM and sales operations.
Responsibilities include:
- Driving sales and direct revenue development
- Building and training a high-performing sales team
- Contributing to the upgrading of CRM and strategic sales operations
Qualifications:
- Proven success in sales and sales team-building
- Strong track record in business development
- Experience and knowledge of the heavy equipment industry
