Job Description
Coordinator Supported Independent Living at OShannessy St and Luckie St.
About the role:
- Permanent fulltime role located in Nunawading
- This role will look after two services OShannessy St and Luckie St (both located in Nunawading)
- Demonstrated experience in Mental Health and/or Behaviours of Concern are essential to successfully supporting the customers who live in this home
- Demonstrated confidence and resilience in working with people with complex needs
- Be an advocate for the people we support families/carers and other key stakeholders through establishing rapport and understanding
- Strong communication and leadership skills to deliver guidance to a team of passionate Disability Support Workers
- Facilitate change and drive continuous improvement to support the purpose and vision that are important to the successful operation of Scopes values
- Previous experience in leadership/management within the disability sector is required
