Join our growing team at Mr. West and be a part of our caf bars where everyone comes together over delicious coffee food wine and cocktails.
Apply now to be our next Bartender for current openings at our University Village location! Or drop off your resume at one of our caf bars between 2PM and 4PM daily.
Offering:
FullTime positions with availability to work weekends and closes. Weekends required.
Competitive compensation starting at $20.76/ hour with Wages Tips averaging up to $28.00 / hour!

What Were Looking For:
Were on the lookout for enthusiastic and passionate individuals who thrive in a fastpaced environment and have a love for crafting exceptional beverages. As a bartender at Mr. West youll play a key role in delivering unforgettable experiences to our guests mixing up delicious drinks and creating a lively welcoming atmosphere.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and nonalcoholic drinks with skill and attention to detail
- Engage with customers offering recommendations and sharing your passion for mixology
- Maintain a clean organized and wellstocked bar area
- Contribute to a positive collaborative and highenergy team environment
- Ensure all safety and legal requirements are met including checking IDs and adhering to alcohol service policies
Qualifications:
- Experience as a bartender in a fastpaced setting
- A genuine passion for mixology and willingness to learn and grow
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a dynamic team
