Job Description
As part of the vehicle distribution process the Production Support associate will assist various accessory shops throughout the facility to ensure efficient processing of vehicles.
Responsibilities:
Crosstrain as needed in accessory and production departments to provide fillin and support as needed.
Able to work effectively in a fastpaced team production environment.
Caneasily adapt to changing weather conditions and willing to work overtime as needed including weekends.
Punctuality and excellent attendance are important in thisrole
Willingness to work periodically upon request at any one of our locations in Jacksonville based on production needs (Pritchard Road and Talleyrand Ave).
Qualifications:
Valid Florida drivers license and an excellent driving record.
Must be at least 18 years old.
Ability tooperate standard transmission experience working with various tools such as hand tools air tools torque wrenches automotive or other relevant mechanical experience preferred.
Must be able to lift/push/pull up to 35lbs at & above shoulder height throughout the day. Able to work on concrete & asphalt surfaces standing & walking for the bulk of work hours. Full range of motion to inspect and assess all types of vehicles.
Willingness and ability to cross train to work in all phases of final inspection as well as other areas as needed.
Some Saturday work may be required depending on the workload.
Ability to read understand and consistently apply Toyota Motor Sales (TMS) and Southeast Toyota (SET) installation procedures. Must have an eye for detail and be production oriented.
