Job Description
Founded in 2013 Voodoo is a tech company that creates mobile games and apps with a mission to entertain the world. Gathering 800 employees 7 billion downloads and over 200 million active users Voodoo is the #3 mobile publisher worldwide in terms of downloads after Google and Meta. Our portfolio includes charttopping games like Mob Control and Block Jam alongside popular apps such as BeReal and Wizz.

Blitz is a gaming platform launched by Voodoo in 2021 allowing players to compete in mobile games for real cash prizes (headup tournaments leagues etc.. It is leveraging Voodoos unique game portfolio as well as exclusive games crafted for Blitz to engage users in a fun and rewarding way.
Role
We are looking for a Monetization Manager to contribute to the economy and monetization strategy of Blitz a realmoney gaming platform.
- Give recommendations and contribute to the development of our Monetization strategy by analyzing the performance of ingame events content and offers
- Manage the virtual economy for Blitz and calibrate metafeatures to keep our users engaged (missions challenges contests etc.
- Manage pricing strategies for virtual goods and services
- Contribute to the Live Ops planning and strategy
- Perform competitive analysis by playing our game and competitors games to identify areas for improvement
- Collaborate closely with our Monetization and Art teams to provide valuable input in the strategic planning process
Profile
- Masters degree in Business or Engineering
- Highly analytical meticulous attention to detail and organizational skills
- Deep interest in gaming
- English and French proficiency
- A team player with a deep collaborative mindset
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and a positive attitude toward receiving acting on and providing feedback
- Demonstrated accountability independence and Ownership over your work
- Familiar with AB Testing
- Experience with SQL
- Experience with Tableau
