Job Description

Payroll/HR Coordinator
A Great Opportunity / Full Time /$21.00$22.60per hour
Through a wide range of innovative services referred to as ViaQuests Circle of Care our skilled dedicated employees ensure that the people we serve are active participants in their own care.ViaQuest offers quality highlypersonalized specialized and costeffective care solutions and services through Hospice Psychiatric & Behavioral Solutions Day & Employment Services and Residential Services.

Responsibilities may include:
  • Lead HR training portion of new employee orientation and assist new employees with onboarding.

  • Maintain employee related databases ensuring all applicable systems are updated.
  • Provide support to employees on understanding HR policies and procedures.
  • Assist with employee relations issues including investigating complaints and helping to resolve conflicts.
  • Extracting time worked entries from the electronic health record system uploading entries into Paycor and correcting discrepancies to ensure accuracy.
  • Produce HR related reports as requested.
  • Assist with HR projects and initiatives as needed.

Requirements for this position include:
  • Bachelors degree in HR or related field is preferred.
  • 2 years of experience in HR coordination or related field.
  • Knowledge of HR laws and regulations.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems.
