Qualifications:
- Must hold a current TN Property &Casualty License
- 2 years of Commercial Lines experience as a CSR and/or Account Manager
- Ability to use personal computer calculator agency automation system and proficiency in various software programs including but not limited to Microsoft Word and Excel. In our office we use Vertafore products: AMS360 ImageRight PL Rater etc.
Summary of the role: Assists in the production of new commercial lines accounts and the retention of existing accounts. Provides prompt efficient highquality service to designated accounts in support of Producer activities. Our Account Managers not only assist in proposals but all renewals cancellations some billing endorsements basically the accounts start to finish. This is not a sales roles.
Reports to the Operations Manager Dee Rosado. Dee has 20 years of experience in the operational and management fields. In our office she is responsible for HR Marketing Technology Event Planning Licensing Culture and more. She prides herself on not micromanaging but staying in touch with her employees through open communication availability inoffice 4 days a week monthly 1:1s and involves herself in both Commercial Lines and Personal Lines project management.
