Job Description
We are looking for a friendly and customeroriented Golf Shop Attendant to assist with sales inventory and customer service in our golf shop. This role involves providing expert product knowledge maintaining shop organization and ensuring a positive shopping experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet members and guests provide guidance and product recommendations and stay updated on merchandise promotions and events.
- Operate the POS system and process transactions.
- Book tee time reservations answer phones and assist with member event sign up.
- Assist with visually merchandising and displaying new inventory
- Assist with monthly inventory restocking product and organize displays.
- Ensure the shop is clean organized and visually appealing.
- This position will report to the Golf Shop Manager
Qualifications:
- Previous customer service or retail experience preferably in golf or sports.
- Knowledge of golf brands/equipment and terminology is a plus.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work in a fastpaced environment.
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays.
