Job Description
Job Title: Social Worker (Children)
Location: Blackpool
Working Hours: Hybrid
Rate: 41.91 per hour
Liquid Personnel are currently recruiting for an experienced Qualified Social Worker to join a busy team in Blackpoolbased within the Looked After Children team.
Responsibilities:
Working with children and families to achieve the desired outcomes discharging care orders attending and participating in strategy meetings and conducting Looked After Children Reviews. Responsibilities also include completing Care Plans Child Permanence Reports (CPR) Pathway Plans and Children and Family Assessments. You will engage in multiagency working with partner agencies to ensure comprehensive support and effective service delivery.

What we are looking for in a Qualified Social Worker:
- Social Work England registration
- Eligible to work in the UK
- Hold a full UK license
- Postqualified experience
- Degree level or equivalent in Social Work
