Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic Marketing Franchise/New Dealer Development Manager to lead and drive the growth of the organization. You will be responsible for developing and executing the companys marketing strategy and identifying and appointing new franchises. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in leading marketing teams and developing successful marketing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Business Development for acquiring new B2B business partners.
  • Experience in working with targetbased platforms for LEAD generation.
  • Experience in working with CRM modules.
  • Have an eye and be able to manage the budget as decided by the management for the brand.
  • Willing to travel extensively across India.
  • Experience in managing activities and events with Architects/IDs and HNI.
  • In addition experience in Offline Marketing (ATL/BTL activities) Indepth knowledge of Branding (signage/printing industry) and have managed vendors on a daytoday basis.
  • Experience in handling Events and PR agencies at the PAN India level (preferred).
  • Ensure compliance with brand guidelines and legal requirements for all marketing activities.

Desired Candidates Profile:
  • MBA/PGDM with 6 7 years of relevant experience in Marketing and New dealer and Franchise development through Marketing and Branding initiatives in the Building materials Industry.
  • Proven track record of developing successful marketing campaigns developing leads following them up and driving business growth.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively with crossfunctional teams
  • Analytical skills and ability to use data to make informed decisions
