Global Internship Program:
Exciting opportunity to be part of the Labcorp 2025 Global Internship Program as a Process Excellence Coordinator at our site in Indianapolis US!
As a Labcorp intern you will have the opportunity to support meaningful assignments that compliment an education in Science Technology Engineering Math Finance Marketing Communications Business and Sales and are inspiring and valuable in our mission to improve health and improve lives across the globe. In addition to department work we support your professional development and career exploration through program workshops leadership speakers employee resource group introductions new hire panel discussions and small group coffee chats.
We offer paid internships for current students in a variety of degree programs such as:
Biological related sciences
Chemistry related sciences
Animal science
Computer science
Healthcare
Business/marketing

About the Team:
Our team is a group of process improvement professionals including certified Lean Six Sigma Greenbelts Blackbelts and Master Blackbelts. The team leads a supports a range of process improvement projects for clients customers and patients.
Internship Assignment Summary:
Lead and/or support a process improvement project that supports the business goals and customer satisfaction requirements.
Work across various functions with process owner and subject matter experts to deliver a key process improvement initiative.
Engage in professional development workshops to enhance your business acumen and professional presence
Develop and communicate a business case to support recommendations for change to processes.
Develop and demonstrate project management skills
Education/Qualifications/Skills:
Working towards bachelors degree in Engineering Science Statistics Technology or other related field
Has experience delivering multiple projects in an academic or professional setting
Ability to collaborate with various stakeholders and internal/external colleagues
Embraces diverse ways of thinking through various forms collaboration and partnership

Benefits: Employees regularly scheduled to work 20 or more hours per week are eligible for comprehensive benefits including: Medical Dental Vision Life STD/LTD 401(k) Paid Time Off (PTO) or Flexible Time Off (FTO) Tuition Reimbursement and Employee Stock Purchase Plan.
