Catering Supervisor (Outdoor Education Centre)

Location:Borwick Hall

Salary: 24404pro rata for 34 hoursper week plus enhancements for weekends & evenings.

A Catering Supervisorto work within Outdoor Education Servicesat our Borwick Hallcentre in the heart of Borwick Villagefor Lancashire County Council.

Lancashire Outdoor Education Serviceare proud to be the major provider of outdoor adventure activities and residential facilities to an array of visitors such as schools businesses and more. Our fantastic sites provide a welcoming space for all to have fun and challenge themselves in a stunning outdoor setting. Wed love to add a Cook to our fantastic team to provide that home cooked wholesome food that everybody loves so heres a sneaky peek at where you could be working in 2025 you could be working

Borwick Hall A stately home situated in the heart of Borwick Village has extensive grounds you can wander around and take in the breathtaking sights on your lunch break if you wish accessible from junction 35 on the M6 we have up to 148 bedcapacity at this location.

Your new role

Catering Supervisor We are seeking an enthusiastic organised individual to oversee the running of our well equipped kitchen in the beautiful location of Borwick Hall our ideal person will be welcoming and friendly as youll be guiding a small team to provide high quality tasty and nutritious food you will get to plan some fabulous meals and menus youll support your team listen to ideas and positively encourage everyone to take pride in their work youll set the standard for hygiene and ensure everyone is aware of the importance of individual dietary and allergen requirements plus provide diligent record keeping ordering quality ingredients and be supporting the House Manager with additional tasks so if your passionate about people want to work in a stunning location and have a love for good food please get in touch!
