Main Job Mission:
- Develop Integrated Solutions: Create cohesive and comprehensive solution visions for workplace and infrastructure services that align with customer needs and market trends.
- Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market research to understand customer pain points competitive landscape and emerging trends particularly in AI and digital transformations.
- CrossTeam Collaboration: Facilitate collaboration among presales delivery teams and other stakeholders to ensure alignment on solution architecture and customer expectations.
- Customer Engagement: Early Engagement with Sales and our potential Clients for consultative selling & prospections. Act as a trusted advisor in customer interactions by presenting strategic insights and value propositions tailored to specific business needs.
- Solution Presentation Preparation: Prepare and support presentations of the proposed solutions during the bid defense ensuring technical and strategic alignment.
- Winning Strategy Development: Develop and communicate winning strategy that differentiates the companys solution in the market.
- Commercial Acumen: Assess the financial viability of proposed solutions and ensure alignment with the companys commercial objectives.
Key Qualifications & Experience:
- Proven experience in a presales solution architecture or consulting role focused on Digital Workplace M365 and End User Computing.
- Experience in building and running Digital Workplace Transformation programs.
- Experience in designing architectures and services for Modern Endpoint Management using technologies such as: Microsoft Endpoint Manager (Intune SCCM) Virtual Desktop solutions (Azure Virtual Desktop Citrix VMware Horizon) Windows Virtual Machines.
- Experience in designing architectures and services for Modern Identity and Access Management (IAM) covering access control modern authentication automation security and using technologies such as: Azure Active Directory Conditional Access.
- Deep expertise in Microsoft 365 ecosystem (including Teams SharePoint Exchange Online Intune Defender for Endpoint and other M365 services).
- Experience with modern device management Zero Trust security models identity and automation tools (PowerShell Graph API etc..
- Familiarity with Digital Workplace strategy user experience enhancement and automation.
- Excellent communication presentation and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to create compelling technical documentation proposals and cost models.
- Excellent at communicating technical problems and solutions to both technical and nontechnical audiences.
- Analytical mind with evaluative and problemsolving abilities able to define technical solutions aligned with clients business problems at an architectural and design level of detail.
- Able to effectively undertake challenges and have experience in leading a project and teams in a complex environment.
- Able to articulate and present business cases strategies and solutions to Clients and Internal Technical Teams.
- Stressresilient and able to cope with quick demand and priority changes.
