Job Description
Pavion and our family of companies are seeking a talented and motivated Account Executive to join our security business unit.
Position Summary and Duties:
- B2B sales SaaS Physical Security Networking
- Innovative selfstarter with the self confidence and ability to represent the Pavion Company in a professional ethical manner to gain a high level of confidence
- Excellent problemsolving and meeting facilitation skills
- Develop and execute a strong business plan advanced selling skills e.g. qualify prospects lead generation new business development account penetration strategic selling conceptual selling issuesbased selling consultative selling negotiation and contracts (closing)
- Experience building network of business relationships to create sales opportunities
- Identify target opportunities to take large customer sales from our competitors where possible
- Serve as the key point of contact with your customers; develop/nurture these key relationships to grow business within the accounts
- Demonstrate a deep understanding of customers and their issues to drive long term results and become their trusted advisor
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelors Degree
- 3 years sales experience preferably in the security integration business but at minimum a customer serviceoriented business.
- Valid Driver Licenses required
Preferred Qualifications:
- Knowledge of the competitive landscape and key influencers
- Proven history of sales success identifying and developing (hunting) new business opportunities
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to sit or stand in stationary position for a prolonged period of time
Starting Base Salary: $85000 plus sales commission
