Job Purpose:
The role has primary purposes:
- Monitor Changes in the leadership sector to discover ways the company can improve and Develop.
- Provide leadership to IT specialists and other staff within the company.
- Create and adapt technological platforms to improve the client experience.
- Create business value through technology.
- Leverage IT and Technology to drive productivity transparency and collaboration (across levels across functions across locations VFY Business.
- Anchor the business effort to leverage SAP Robotics ProcessesIOT and Digitization like Dashboards/MIS to improve overall business performance especially yield throughput and working capital (though better planning/transparency)
- Manage and continuously improve the IT System Infrastructure & Processes and ensure these remain contemporary (including changes driven by external events such as EInvoicing TCSGST etc.
- Develop and implement Cyber Security & Disaster Recovery systems and protocols in conjunction with Corporate IT
- Help business to Reengineer the process by leveraging IT with the help of below Technology:
- Digitization of Manufacturing /SCM / F&A and Sales
- IOT (Internet of things)
- Robotics Processes to minimize manual and human work
- Analytics tools such as Power BI etc for Dashboard and MIS
| - Prepare & recommend process change & integration in order to support end user requirement.
- Prepare project plan mobilize resources deliverables milestone with activity schedule responsibility & propose for approval.
- Plan Prioritize and Review projects and the project portfolio as they relate to the selection acquisition development and installation of major information systems.

- Ensure continuous delivery of IT services by monitoring in the area of networking messaging data center operation database application server etc.
- Define and communicate corporate plans policies and standards for the organization for acquiring implementing and operating IT systems.
- To ensure IT systems operations adheres to applicable laws and regulations as looking to presence on different geography.
- Prepare & formulate IT strategic and operational planning to achieve business goals.
| - Review IT services performance with Service level agreement with business users and Identify improvement to meet SLA.
- Review & approve network technician and administrator plan design install configure maintain and optimize all network hardware software and communication links while ensuring downtime as per SLA
- Plan & Supervise development retention and organization of all IT staff in accordance with corporate objectives and Unit personnel & HR plan & policies
- Ensure implementation and adherence of corporate IT & Unit IT policies.
- Assess and communicate noncompliance in relation to applicable laws and regulations.
- Review of business processes with the process owner & understanding the emerging need.
- Participate in strategic and operational governance processes of the business.
- Fostering innovation and recommend IT solutions to support process integration speed low cost & productivity enhancement.

2. Develop and implement Cyber Security & Disaster Recovery systems and protocols for VFY Business in conjunction with Corporate IT |
- To plan and manage security measures to safeguard information in computer files against accidental or unauthorized modification or access destruction or disclosure.
- Direct development and of an enterprisewide disaster recovery and business continuity plan.
| - Plan & conduct Audit information security thru 3P.
- Review Monitor & Ensure implementation of quality measures or IT processes for programming program modification data modification information access.
- Monitor complete secrecy of administrator password user password and various server password.
- Develop plan to review access rights by business users & periodic changes of password.
- Review timely updation of antivirus software.
- Plan Implement and maintain disaster recovery site & managing fall back infrastructure.
- Ensure scrutinizing of logs network traffic and user activity audit thru security administrator.
- Participate in various Task Forces on I.T. initiatives.
- Promote inhouse R&D for value addition at group or unit level.
- Plan and implement IT corporate initiatives
- Share & provide information regarding problems/ solutions with Corporate IT other Group Units Poornata etc.
- Coordinate implementation of Corporate IT policies in the Unit.
