Are you a skilled BMS Project Engineer looking to take your career to the next level We are offering an exciting opportunity to join a leading company in the Building Management Systems (BMS) industry working on innovative projects with a flexible hybrid working model. If you have experience in BMS a passion for design and project management and want to work in a dynamic environment that offers growth this role is for you.
In this role youll be responsible for leading the design and engineering of BMS projects taking them from initial enquiry through to final handover. This includes everything from system design hardware selection and control panel layouts to ensuring full compliance with health and safety regulations. Youll also play a vital role in supporting the engineering team in creating bespoke software and system graphics ensuring projects run smoothly and deliver on client expectations.
As a Project Engineer your daytoday will involve site surveys producing detailed scopeofworks reports and generating fully costed proposals. Youll work closely with project managers to coordinate installations manage resources and ensure every project meets the highest standards of quality and profitability. Youll also have opportunities to suggest and implement system improvements enhancing energy efficiency and overall system performance.
This is a hybrid position based out of the offices and in London with opportunities for home working providing a balanced and flexible working environment. Youll have the chance to make a real impact by designing and implementing cuttingedge systems that will drive the success of the company while also developing your own skills and experience in the process.

What Youll Need to Succeed
- Significant relevant experience in the BMS and environmental controls industry
- Strong understanding of HVAC systems and control technology
- Experience in system design and a clear methodical approach to problemsolving
- Ability to manage project resources subcontractors and site surveys
- Strong communication skills and a commitment to health safety and quality standards
- Full UK driving licence
