The role:
Were looking for a Software Engineer (Mid-level) to join a multidisciplinary agile team working on high-impact scalable systems.
In this role youll be involved in the full software development lifecyclefrom requirement analysis and technical design to implementation testing deployment and production support. Youll work closely with your peers to solve day-to-day challenges and help deliver robust performant solutions.
Experience with Go is not required but were looking for someone with the curiosity drive and potential to learn and grow with it.
Key Responsibilities:
Design develop and maintain backend or full-stack systems writing clean and efficient code.
Participate in technical design discussions and contribute to solution architecture.
Implement and maintain automated tests and CI/CD pipelines.
Debug monitor and improve system reliability and performance.
Collaborate with team members to continuously improve engineering practices and product quality.
Participate in on-call rotations when needed ensuring service stability and uptime.
Your Qualifications Must Have:
Hands-on experience as a Software Engineer working in agile environments.
Solid coding skills in at least one modern programming language.
Clear understanding of software development best practices and testing strategies.
Interest in working with (and learning) Go.
Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
Familiarity with version control systems (e.g. Git) and CI/CD tools.
Experience with Go or modern backend languages (e.g. Kotlin Rust etc.).
Knowledge of relational or NoSQL databases and distributed systems.
Familiarity with containerization (Docker) orchestration tools (e.g. Kubernetes) or cloud services (e.g. AWS).
Understanding of messaging systems such as Kafka or RabbitMQ.
