Job Description
Hours: Monday Friday 8 am 5 pm (Flexible options for parttime or fulltime schedules)
Position Type: FullTime or PartTime
Position Overview
We are looking for an APRN or PA with a direct primary care experience to join our practice in Littleton New Hampshire. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Family or Internal Medicine and will work closely with our physicians and healthcare team to deliver highquality patientcentered care. We offer flexible scheduling allowing providers to set hours that align with their needs and patient demand. Clinic hours are 8 am 5 pm with no weekend or evening shifts and this role does not require oncall responsibilities. Providers typically see an average of 2 patients per hour with flexibility in their clinical schedule.

What We Require
- Education: Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program.
- Licensure: Active APRN or PA license in New Hampshire or eligibility to obtain.
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years of direct primary care experience preferably in a Family or Internal Medicine setting.
