Job Description
This position could be located in Reston Herndon Mclean or Chantilly VA
Freedom Technology Solutions Group is seeking a Cyber Security Project Manager. This role will support Operations & Maintenance (O&M) System Engineering System Administration and Application Development. The Cyber Security Project Manager will be responsible for the deployment of cyber systems program management system accreditation and maintenance. They will also troubleshoot software and hardware components to ensure the sustainability and reliability of systems and applications. These systems must operate without interruption and meet approved timelines for new development activities.
Responsibilities:
- Demonstrated experience in developing and deploying technical solutions
- Expertise with Cyber platforms including the accreditation process
- Experience with Commercial OfftheShelf (COTS) specifically Splunk
- Creating and maintaining project plans schedules and Microsoft PowerPoint briefings
- Familiarity with Intelligence Community Directives (ICDs) related to cybersecurity specifically ICD 503
- Experience developing and overseeing the deployment of technical solutions while assessing and reporting risks/vulnerabilities of systems
Qualifications:
- Active TS/SCI with Poly
- Bachelors degree in Cyber Security Information Technology or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Experience using VMWare software
- Experience writing and executing Bash and Python scripts
- Experience fully documenting a system to include a contingency plan privileged user guide test plans etc.
- Experience administering and maintaining Atlassian Software Suite (Jira/Confluence)
- Certifications such as PMI: Program Management Professional (PMP) PMIACP (Agile Certified Practitioner) Certified Scrum Master (CSM) are a plus
