Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute detailed project plans schedules and budgets.
- Lead project team meetings ensuring clear and effective communication.
- Monitor project progress proactively identifying and mitigating risks.
- Ensure deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations.
- Provide regular status updates and reports to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to drive successful project outcomes.
Qualifications:
- 510 years of project management experience in a related industry.
- Strong customer service and client relationship management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills with a focus on prioritization.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office including Outlook Word and Excel.
- CAPM certification required.
Additional Skills:
- Ability to interpret and communicate complex information clearly.
- Experience working crossfunctionally with sales operations and technical teams.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to calculate figures such as discounts percentages and cost estimates.
