Location: Noida
Shift Timing: 07:00 PM to 4:00 AM Free pick/drop facility.
Mode of Work: Work from Office(Completely Onsite)
Job Description
- Experience level 1 to 3 years of experience in US IT recruitment
- Extensive experience working on Direct Clients like FINRA NJM Moodys Nasdaq and Banking Finance Clients
- Strong experience working on VMS/MSP model Fieldglass IQNavigator Beeline Prowand
- Adept knowledge on Tax Terms W2 Corp to Corp 1099
- Adept Knowledge on Work Authorizations/Visas USC GC EADs H1B and H1B transfer process
- Experienced with complete lifecycle of Recruitment from Sourcing Screening Interviews Closures and maintenance of candidates until their life at Compunnel.
- Strong hold on various technologies backend Frontend databases programming languages AI ML data Scientists DevOps etc.
- Someone with excellent communication skills who is innovative and open to new Challenges.
- Someone who has a passion for recruiting and making incentives and not just here for a 7 to 4 job for salary.
