We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Placement Executive to manage and coordinate the recruitment and placement process for students or job seekers. The Placement Executive will be responsible for building relationships with employers identifying job opportunities and facilitating placements that align with the skills and qualifications of candidates. The role involves working closely with educational institutions industry partners and recruitment teams to ensure successful job placements.
Key Responsibilities
Employer Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with a variety of organizations industries and recruiters to identify job openings.
Liaise with companies to understand their hiring requirements and provide suitable candidates from the talent pool.
Placement Coordination:
Conduct orientation sessions for candidates to prepare them for interviews including resume building interview techniques and job search strategies.
Organize job fairs recruitment drives and placement events to connect candidates with employers.
Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and employers.
Candidate Guidance & Support:
Provide career counseling and job market insights to candidates.
Assist candidates in job search preparing application materials and developing soft skills.
Monitor the progress of job placements and offer continuous support to both candidates and employers during the placement process.
Data Management & Reporting:
Maintain an uptodate database of candidates placements and employer interactions.
Track placement statistics and generate regular reports to assess placement success rates.
Evaluate feedback from employers and candidates to improve the placement process.
Marketing & Outreach:
Promote placement services through marketing campaigns social media and networking.
Ensure that the placement services are effectively advertised to students alumni and job seekers.
Administrative Support:
Manage administrative tasks related to placement activities including documentation coordination of meetings and communication with stakeholders.
Followup on postplacement support to ensure the success and satisfaction of both employers and candidates.
Skills & Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Business Administration Human Resources or a related field (Masters degree preferred).
Proven experience in recruitment career counseling or placement services.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with candidates employers and educational institutions.
Knowledge of labor market trends recruitment processes and employer expectations.
Organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Proficient in MS Office (Word Excel PowerPoint) and placementrelated software.
Additional Requirements
Flexibility to work outside regular hours during placement drives and events.
A passion for helping others and a strong commitment to student or candidate success.
