Job Description

Duties & Responsibilities

Job Position: Assistant Sales Manager (FMCG)

Ref: 4974

Location: PE/Gqeberha

Salary: R15 000 per month negotiable commensurate with qualification and experience car fuel and cellphone allowance

Qualifications / Requirements:

Enthusiastic and confident

Energetic motivated and analytical with a strong drive to represent and grow the brand in the market

Goaloriented with a passion for sales and brand development

Work independently and take ownership of building the sales structure from the ground up while managing a team of Sales Representatives

Previous FMCG sales experience essential

Own transport and valid drivers license

Ability to travel and visit customers as needed

Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work independently

Proficient in analysing sales data and leveraging insights to enhance sales targets

Key Performance Areas:

Build the sales structure from scratch including establishing processes strategies and a strong sales pipeline

Analyse sales data to drive informed decisions and optimise strategies

Supervise and oversee the performance of Sales Representatives

Represent the company confidently as the face of the brand to customers and stakeholders

Occasionally visit customers to resolve queries or provide support
