Job Description
The Masters Lawn Care has openings for experienced Crew Leaders or Foremen to join our team. We are a stable fastgrowing company looking for experienced landscape candidates who have the right ambition and experience to help us grow and provide the excellent customer service that our clients have come to expect from us.
The ideal Lawn Maintenance Crew Leader for our team is energetic experienced is capable of managing a team and enjoys communicating with clients. They have a positive attitude and enjoy leading a team. They get along well with others and are looking for a longterm position where they can grow and advance. They are comfortable with landscape management equipment and able to present a professional service to residential and commercial clients.
Starting pay is $18 $21 per hour based on previous experience.
- Valid drivers license
- Experience leading a team or crew
- Consistent with quality and driven to succeed
- Team leader willing to demonstrate initiative and leadership
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
