We are seeking Warehouse Administrators for permanent roles based in Klerksdorp & Thobontle Northwest.
Duties & Responsibilities
Applicants are required to meet the following criteria:
Grade 12 / equivalent with high level of computer literacy
Working experience within the warehouse environment
Strong people skills and communication ability
Able to work under pressure and good time management
Candidates must reside in the relevant areas
The successful applicant would be responsible for but not limited to:
Manage and maintain warehouse admin effectively and assists warehouse operations team
Ops / Admin GRVs delivery notes invoices; ensure warehouse is real time vs physical stock; ensure pick slip and dispatch note creation; assist with and ensure stock takes are done as per SOP; ensure timeous billing; adherence to bond store processes; investigate stock variances
Financial management / invoicing / reporting prepare supplier invoices; strict and accurate invoicing; forwarding of invoices; manage WIPs and accruals; assist with reporting; job loss management and preparing credit notes
Management of customer relationships external and internal
Quality & risk management work evaluation; ensure procedures followed; prevent/recover losses; identify risk areas; auditing documents; bond store clearances
