As an Educational Leader at Goodstart youll collaborate with Educators in your centre to observe review and continuously enhance the educational programs offered to children. Youll deepen the teams understanding of child development and early years content guiding the application of the Early Years Learning Framework. Working closely with the centre leadership team youll lead transformative changes and champion excellence in educational practice.

About Goodstart Morningside Junction Road
Goodstart Morningside Junction Road is a large and busy double centre that cares for children from 6 weeks to 5 years. Our three wellequipped playgrounds offer children many and varied experiences. Our experienced and qualified staff are professional and committed to providing the highest quality child care in a warm loving and nurturing home away from home environment.
The centre was recently renovated allowing us to create natural outdoor environments to enhance the childrens exploration and learning in our shaded spacious individual yards that adjoin each of our five rooms with features such as sandpits dry creek bed and vegetable patches. We are open from 6.30 am to 6.15 pm Monday to Friday!

Youll need:
- Bachelor of Education (Early Childhood Education) or a Diploma in Early Childhood (or ACECQA approved equivalent)
- Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards
- Current Qld Working with Children Check
