Job Description
Introduction
We are seeking experienced and skilled Medical Receptionists supporting our clients multiple medical practices across South Africa. As a Medical Receptionist you will play a vital role in managing front desk operations ensuring exceptional patient care and maintaining seamless daytoday operations.
Regions: Gauteng KZN Cape Town
Duties & Responsibilities
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
- Candidate must be fully bilingual.
- Familiar with pointofsale systems.
- Full understanding of debtors control.
- Debtors control.
- Stock management.
- Account management.
- Administrative duties.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and good computer skills
- GoodX experience beneficial.
- Previous experience in a similar role preferably in a medical or healthcare setting.
- Experience with medical aids is beneficial.
