The Opportunity:

As a Sales Manager across broadcast television & digital streaming youll work with our NSW & ACT Regional Sales Manager to establish and execute commercial strategy to drive results for our portfolio of clients across metro regional and digital screens.

Based in Port Macquarie and reporting to the NSW & ACT Regional Sales Manager your key responsibilities include:

• Working with the NSW & ACT Regional State Sales Manager to develop and implement insight led business plans to maximise revenue across metro regional & digital platforms.
• Leading the strategy and drive best inmarket performance and results with a focus on consistently growing our NPS position.
• Building and fostering strong client relationships and develop detailed engagement plans for your top clients.
• Ensuring revenue and share targets are met with a focus on driving premium opportunities across all SWM screens.
• Working with group leaders and teams in developing their knowledge and skills via Network learning & development programs with particular emphasis on driving premium opportunities and convergent thinking across clients.

You will have:

• Previous b2b sales experience
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to build and develop a cohesive sales team.
• Exceptional commercial nous with the capacity to manage a high workload and commitment to drive results.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with impact and influence.
• An ability to write and understand contractual and regulatory documentation.
• Previous media sales or digital background (preferred but not essential).
• Knowledge of the Port Macquarie area (preferred)
