As a Sr. Operator II supporting Cutting Instrument Finishing Department you will be trusted to work on setting up operating maintaining and troubleshooting manufacturing packaging machinery/equipment at Sinking Spring PA.
In this role a typical day will include:
Set up operate maintain and troubleshoot packaging equipment.
Monitor evaluate and adjust processes or packaging equipment to maximize quality and efficiency.
Operate equipment that packages materials or products by inserting them into containers or filling containers from spouts or chutes.
Complete the batch records and associated documentation
Work in a coordinated computerized manufacturing environment. Tasks are performed in accordance with applicable safety guidelines as well as appropriate processing standards. Tasks are completed in compliance with all regulatory requirements
May participate in program or functional team projects developing process improvement methods solutions and procedures to improve program quality cost and scheduling
WHAT YOULL BRING TO ALCON:
High School Diploma or equivalent
The ability to fluently read write understand and communicate in English
Work hours: 1st Shift 4:45am 2:45pm Wednesday Saturday

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS/EXPERIENCE
Prior Machine Operating experience
Able to lift up to 20lbs.
Able to collaborate in a team environment
Able to work Overtime on Weekends
