What Youll Do

As a Sales Compensation Operations Analyst II you will:

  • Manages analyze and resolve datarelated issues.
  • Develops and design Key Performance Indicators (KPI) metrics to track and use for commercial enhancements.
  • Develops relationships with your business partners and be the point of contact to address Compensation/Commission questions from the Sales Organization.
  • Contributes to the development of incentive plans and objectives. As well as quota/goal alignment tracking for Sales Organization.
  • Acts as the subject matter expert for our sales incentive programs systems and policies.
  • Manages field bonus calculations supports the monthly commission calculations and communicates achievements directly with the commercial team.
  • Compiles data from a variety of applications systems and sources to create/summarize for analysis.
  • Performs advanced data analysis to solve business problems.
  • Contributes to the efficiency and improvement of the organization by identifying resolving and eliminating process problems.

What You Bring

  • Bachelors degree in Accounting Business Administration Finance Math or other quantitative disciplines.
  • At least 24 years of related work experience in the MedTech industry is preferred.
  • Strong analytical and technical skills are required.
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Excel (including Pivot Tables) MS Access MS PowerPoint ERP systems CRM systems and database extraction required.
