Your responsibilities:
- Expand your network and foster business relationships in the Melbourne market.
- Develop a robust talent pool and pipeline of candidates.
- Manage endtoend talent solutions for client companies across diverse industry sectors.
- Stay abreast of hiring market trends sharing consultative insights.
- Engage in company events networking and CSR initiatives.

- Proven experience in agency recruitment or similar B2B clientfacing roles.
- Strong track record of cultivating business relationships.
