Linq Healthcare have partnered with a leading Care Home provider who are requiring an experienced Home Manager for one of their homes in central Middlesbrough.
This role requires a passionate Manager with strong leadership skills who has previous experience leading within residential/dementia settings.
The site offers residential dementia respite endoflife and day care services in a 44 bed site where you will be responsible for the overall leadership of the home helping to improve the current CQC score.

What youll be doing:
- Overseeing the daily operations of the care home ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and leading a team of care professionals to provide exceptional care.
- Recruiting training and mentoring staff to foster a competent and compassionate care team.
- Implementing and monitoring quality assurance processes to ensure that care services exceed the standards set by the Care Quality Commission (CQC).
- Managing budgets effectively to ensure the financial sustainability of the home while maintaining high standards of care.
