Reporting to the Sales Headthe job role requires selling transformer management services.
your primary role is to drive sales growth by identifying opportunities nurturing client relationships and achieving targets.

JobLocations: Gurgaon Rohtak Bahadurgarh Noida Delhi
Job Role and Responsibilities:
- Identify potential customers and generate leads for business
- Ensure successful implementation of business plan Achieve Sales Targets within the specified timeframe
- Develop compelling sales pitches and conduct product demonstrations.
- Build and maintain client relationships while providing exceptional service.
- Set and achieve sales targets by implementing effective sales strategies.
- Stay updated on industry trends and market conditions. minimum travel of 2025 days per month. Maintain accurate records of sales activities and provide regular reports.
- Ensure collections from Customers within the agreed Period
- Bachelors degree in Engineering preferred.
- Sales Experience of 1 3 years
- Experience in the B2B segment would be an advantage
- Should have worked in an Industrial serviceproviding company preferably in the field of Transformer or Capital equipment or any engineering product services sales
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Selfmotivated and goaloriented.
- Familiarity with Excel and PowerPoint is a plus.
- 2530 K per month plus TA DA and lucrativeIncentives
- Target customers Cement steel metal automobile. Oil & gas power generation transmission distribution(Heavy engineering)
- Dealing With the electrical department Utilities Department maintenance services
