We are hiring an EU Account Manager LearnGxP to drive the growth of Veevas accredited GxP eLearning library in the life sciences industry. In this role you will own the endtoend sales process including generating leads qualifying opportunities closing deals and collaborating with account executives to cultivate strong customer relationships.
You will also act as a strategic partner shaping market messaging providing thought leadership and facilitating customer adoption and longterm success. Leveraging your expertise in sales life sciences and online learning youll develop innovative solutions to meet customer needs and promote rapid growth in digital training.
What Youll Do
Generate and qualify leads within a defined industry network
Manage the complete sales cycle and build trusted customer relationships
Understand the catalog of GxP courseware and be able to speak about it with authority
Identify customer needs and recommend Veeva training solutions
Develop strategy and messaging for customer adoption of eLearning solutions for new and existing customer base
Collaborate with Enterprise and Midmarket Account Executives
Maintain accurate activity and opportunity tracking in CRM
Coordinate resources across the customer lifecycle from sales to delivery
Deliver solutionoriented responses for RFPs proposals and presentations
Facilitate workshops sandbox exercises and proofofconcept trials
Configure and manage customer trial accounts
Drive growth in the EU market for Veeva training solutions
Align with Veevas Sales strategy and build relationships with EU Sales leaders
Represent Veeva at industry events webinars and publications
Support marketing efforts such as creating content hosting webinars and attending conferences
Requirements
Qualifications
3 years of life sciences experience with a focus on GxP and learning & development (L&D)
Proven ability to innovate across business processes and technology solutions
Strong interpersonal communication and presentation skills with the ability to engage customer stakeholders on GxP eLearning content across multiple functional areas
Energetic selfstarter with excellent time management prioritization and initiative
Team player with accountability and adaptability to take direction
Bachelors degree required
Preferred Skills
Experience with Learning Management Systems and eLearning solutions ideally in presales or customerfacing roles within software or training companies
Multilingual capabilities (not critical)
Ambitious and driven to succeed in a dynamic environment
Additional Requirements
Willingness to travel up to 40 for customer meetings and presentations
Nice to Have
Knowledge of eLearning best practices standards and current industry trends with a particular focus on life sciences or GxP applicability
Learning Management System experience
