Partner Staffingis currently working with our client seeking a Human Resources (HR) Manager and a strategic partnerin support of the companys vision mission and strategies. They areresponsible for ensuring compliance with employmentrelated legislationfostering positive employee relations and developing and executing HRstrategies policies and initiatives.
They play a key role in talentacquisition and retention new employee orientation disciplinary actionemployee development performance management job role and classificationemployee engagement compensation and benefits administration and enforcementof the HSE program. They also provide leadership and support to the managementteam collaborate with other departments and contribute to creating a positiveworkplace culture.
Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Human ResourcesPolicies and Procedures: Develops implements enforces and maintains HRpolicies processes and procedures. Trains employees on company policiesprocesses and procedures and works with all management in enforcing companypolicies and procedures.
- EmployeeRelations: Mediates conflicts conducts investigations manages the progressivediscipline process and provides employee support.
- Coaches andmentors employees and acts as a support for all employees on personal andbusiness matter.
- Coaches and guides managers and staff on the companysemployee discipline termination and performance improvement processes.
- Recruitment andRetention: Develops executes and administers the companys recruitment andretention program in collaboration with all departments for operational needs.
- Developsimplements and manages the companys employee and contractororientation/onboarding program ensuring all necessary documentation arecompleted and filed.
- Training andDevelopment: In collaboration with management develops and executes ongoingtraining and development plans and programs to ensure all employees have theskills knowledge and tools to perform their roles effectively and in supportof employee growth and professional development.
- Ensures HRpolicies practices and programs are compliant with HR legislativerequirements.
- Manages andmaintains information on HR database and systems. Ensures all personnel HRand contractor information documents and files are complete and current.
- Succession Plans:In collaboration with management establishes and maintains a succession planfor key positions within the company.
- HSE Program:Supports all management and employees in enforcing the companys HSE program.
- HR Budget:Monitors and manages the HR budget and reports on monthly/yearly budgets andexpenses as requested and required.
