The automotive markets Holman serves include fleet management and leasing; vehicle fabrication and upfitting; component manufacturing and productivity solutions; powertrain distribution and logistics services; commercial and personal insurance and risk management; and retail automotive sales as one of the largest privately owned dealership groups in the United States.
Holman Infiniti has an outstanding opportunity for a Sales Consultant to join the Holman Family.
Responsibilities:
- Greetscustomer on sales floor and performs a needs analysis including maketype and features of vehicle desired.
- Explainsfeatures and demonstrates operation of vehicle in showroom or on road.
- Researches availability of models and optional equipment using computer database.
- Works with Sales and F&I Managers and negotiates sales price including taxtradein allowance license fee and discount and requirements for financing or lease payment of vehicle.
- Walksthe lot and visually inspects inventory.
- Completesall paperwork and arranges for delivery and registration of vehicle.
- Deliversand familiarizes the customer with vehicle.
- Attends/completesrequired training and department meetings.
- Regularand predictable attendance.
Qualification Criteria:
- High School Diploma or equivalent education.
- Minimum 2 yrs experience in retail industry.
- ADP Experience highly preferred.
- Sales skills great communication and excellent customer service skills are a must.
- Organization and thorough followup skills are necessary for staying in touch with the client prior to and after the sale.
- Current valid drivers license is required for all employees.
- Mathematical skills including add subtract multiply and divide in all units of measure using whole numbers common fractions and decimals. Ability to compute rate ratio and percent.

Pay:
We offer competitive wages that are commensurate with jobrelated skills experience relevant education or training and geographic location. This is a commission eligible role and employees can expect to earn an average monthly pay of $3000$10000 with earning potential based on your personal performance.
