ManpowerGroup Greece on behalf of its client one of the fastestgrowing companies in the telecommunications and technology sector is seeking an enthusiastic and highly organized professional to join their team as a Back Office & dministrative Support Specialist
Location: Athens Northern suburbs Metamorfosi
Working Model: ybrid work model 3 days office2 days home)
You will be reporting to: Sales Director
What you will do:
You will play a vital role in supporting our sales team and ensuring seamless internal operations. You will be responsible for Vendor communications preparing and sales documents processing orders and maintaining accurate customer records in their CRM system. Additionally you will coordinate with other departments such as logistics and accounting to ensure smooth order fulfillment and invoicing. You will also proactively engage with internal sales team to identify new business opportunities contributing to the overall growth and success of the company.
Your main responsibilities will be:
- Managing and processing customer orders ensuring accuracy and timely
- Preparing offers contracts and all necessary documentation to support the sales team
- Maintaining and updating client records and information in the CRM system
- Helping and supporting the accounting department with financial processes
- Communicating with internal departments (Logistics Warehouse Accounting) to ensure smooth operations and order fulfillment
- Providing administrative support and ensuring all backoffice procedures run efficiently
- Handling vendor communication via phone and email offering support when needed
- Supporting the sales team by managing internal sales meetings preparing reports tracking sales performance and assisting with client followups
Requirements - A Bachelors degree in Computer Science Management or a related field is preferred
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a Back Office Sales Support or Administrative role
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel Word Outlook) and CRM systems
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Good command of the English language
- Ability to multitask and work under deadlines
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in the telecommunications or technology industry.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and order management processes
