Job Title/ Designation: Software Engineer (Production support and Implementation)
- Job Description:
We are looking Software engineer who would part of production support and implementation team. The candidates should have knowledge of EFT switch having experience of 1 to 2 year and with good educational background BE/BTech/MCA/BCOM/BA
- Responsibilities:
- Manage production systems and provide L1 level support.
- Migration of changes to production by following of CM process using maker and checker.
- Patching management Testing of patches
- Incident management Raising of incident tickets in Jira
- Implementation of project SIT and UAT testing support
- Skills:
- Knowledge of Switch ISO and NDC/DDC protocol is must.
- DB knowledge is must (any DB is would be okay) SQL preferable
- Experience of Java is preferable but not mandatory
Experience Level:1 to 2 Years
