LaunchDarkly is seeking a Senior Product Marketing Manager to lead marketing efforts for our new AI Configurations product. This highimpact role is ideal for a selfstarter who thrives on taking new products from 0 to 1 and is equally comfortable defining gotomarket strategy as they are with . This Product Marketer will be skilled in creating compelling messaging developing endtoend marketing strategies with Sales and Demand Gen and collaborating closely with Product Management to shape the roadmap.
Were looking for a spy PMM with technical curiosity experience collaborating closely with Product Management and Sales and the ability to connect technical features to customer needs and business outcomes. Experience with developer tools is essential.
Craft AI Configurations Messaging: Develop product positioning and differentiated messaging based on user research market insights and product knowledge.
Market Insight & Competitive Analysis: Leverage an indepth understanding of the market to steward LaunchDarklys position as a trusted solution for AI developers.
Thought Leadership: Serve as the goto expert for AI insights and strategy taking a leadership role at external events and company conferences to showcase product innovation.
Content Creation: Build highimpact assets such as battle cards persona docs and technical web content to support Sales and Marketing in driving product awareness and adoption.
Collaborate on Campaigns: Partner with Demand Gen on campaign ideation and to drive lead generation.
Inform our Roadmap: work closely with Product Management to help guide future product strategy.
7 years of Product Marketing experience in B2B SaaS including experience marketing products to a developer audience
WestCoast Based (Bay Area Preferred)
Familiarity with the AI development lifecycle is a huge plus
Strong technical aptitude to understand developer workflows and toolchains
Exceptional written communication skills and ability to synthesize complex information into clear and concise presentations and plans
Experience presenting to strategic and executive teams
Ability to build relationships and influence across all levels of the organization especially the field
A bachelor of science in engineering marketing or a degree in business preferred
Pay:
Target pay ranges based on Geographic Zones* for Level 4:
Zone 1: San Francisco/Bay Area or New York City Metropolitan Area: $165000 $213000**
Zone 2: Boston DC Irvine LA Monterey Santa Barbara Santa Rosa Seattle: $148000 $192000**
Target pay ranges based on Geographic Zones* for Level 5:
Zone 1: San Francisco/Bay Area or New York City Metropolitan Area: $195000 $252000**
Zone 2: Boston DC Irvine LA Monterey Santa Barbara Santa Rosa Seattle: $175000 $227000**
