Oracle NetSuite Administrator
Black Duck is seeking a talented and skilled NetSuite Administrator to join our Business Applications team to support business needs as it pertains to Black Ducks Finance and ERP (NetSuite) systems to implement and improve NetSuite solutions. This individual will bring strong admin/development/scripting knowledge and an understanding of enterprise systems and business processes to support our growing practice. The Business Applications team is a highperforming global team that is responsible for making business processes more efficient through automation reduction of manual low value work thus allowing the company to operation efficiently make better choices and ultimately be more profitable.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background and handson experience in areas of procuretopay ordertocash and custom solution design experience with a solid problemsolving mindset. Specifically the individual has participated in large scale NetSuite implementation efforts. This individual must have excellent interpersonal communications diligent time management skills is teamoriented and have a strong work ethic. NetSuite and professional certifications are highly recommended. This role will collaborate with developers engineers and other system analysts within Black Duck on strategic projects.
Main Responsibilities:
- Collaborate effectively with key individual contributors and leaders across Finance IT Sales Operations FPA and other functions to solve key business challenges through development of best practice solutions.
- Exemplify agile principles encourage best practices and assist team to continue to develop and mature in agile methodologies.
- Participate in crossfunctional requirement sessions to identify document and define business requirements.
- Utilizing NetSuites SuiteScript API (based on JavaScript) to create customizations as requested by the stakeholders/consulting team.
- Executing test scenarios to confirm NetSuite customizations operate according to design.
- Coordinating and prioritizing development activities across different business processes.
- Execute design and system configuration within NetSuite and other key financial systems.
- Recommend and perform changes in development maintenance and system standards that improve the team and our users experience while delivering longterm scalability.
- Assist in the ongoing administration and support of NetSuite and other finance systems as part of a team effort. For example creation or modification of user roles and permissions item/sku configuration custom fields reporting dashboards etc.
- Configuring NetSuite to satisfy business requirements and take part in system release and refresh activities.
Key requirements:
- Bachelors degree in computer science business or related area.
- 3 years of experience with the NetSuite platform.
- Experience in multisystem application integration (ie: Salesforce ADP HRIS etc..
- Understanding of key financial business processes (Procure to Pay Order Management Recordtoreport (RTR) multicurrency intercompany etc.
- Experience with iterative or Agile projects and sprint methodologies and tools.
- Understanding of software development lifecycle.
- Excellent interpersonal written and verbal communication skills.
- Capable of working in a fast paced dynamic teamoriented environment.
- Experience using SQL based relational databases
Ideal candidate also has:
- NetSuite SuiteCloud certification.
- Experience working with systems that handle sensitive data and with SarbanesOxley (SOX) controls and change management processes.
- Experience working with multiple implementations or enhancements within NetSuite
- Experience with RESTful and SOAP web services along with standard API integration tools (e.g. MuleSoft Boomi).
Pay Range
$86700 $130100 CAD
