Implement and Monitor strategies & policies to achieve targeted sales TP and improve market share of Sleepwell on a sustainable basis. Strategically build Sales Team and Rural Channel for achieving business objectives while maintaining customer relationships.Key Accountability: - Sales Target Market Development & Penetration Customer Satisfaction Team Development.
Key Decision: - Propose introduction / discontinuation of Products developing upon Competition.
Working Relation:
Establish an effective relationship with the Sales Head to give inputs / market feedback. Establish close relationships with Channel Partners to understand the market needs and challenges. Work closely with the marketing department for branding/publicity support at local level.
