Now as we grow we are searching for a new Business Development Representative to join the sales department in ourSpanish business unit. What you will do at Speexx
- Use all means (Coldcall videocall LinkedIn emailing and beyond) to connect with your audience
- Be first point of contact for some of the worlds leading brands
- Collect all information and understand the needs of potential customers
- Evangelize our prospects about the Speexx solution
- Make datadriven decisions to improve your results
- Constantly adjust the metrics and tech stack for the outbound process
- Work closely with the international Speexx prospecting teams
- Maintain a strong relationship with the sales team through clear communication and followup
- Work closely with the marketing team to run campaigns and drive attendance to key events and content
- Provide feedback (prospect needs industry trends market perception competitive intelligence etc. to both management and the companys marketing team
- Report on results and hit and exceed key metrics
What we look for
- Experience working in a similar role with a proven record of exceeding quotas in the past
- Ability to work in a fastmoving B2B business environment
- Excellent quantitative skills and an analytical datadriven mindset as well as a passion for testing analyzing and iterating
- Proficiency in using social media tools Microsoft office package (specially Excel) and CRM
- Experience with web analytics tools such as Google Analytics Data Studio KISSMetrics or others
- Understand and work with datadriven prospecting campaigns is a great plus
- Fluent in Spanish very good command of English (other languages especially Portuguese are a plus)
