Job Description

What youll do:
Administrative Duties
- Communicate effectively with all employees and Customers
- Fill in For location manager in times of absence
- Assist in administrative duties; answer phone calls providing counter sales and customer service
- Perform truck scale grain probing and grading procedures
- Develop good employee and customer relationships
- Assist with grain contracts settlements reporting and enter contracts for producers
Operations Specialist
- Recommend repairs and improvements to the location manager
- Operates all machinery and equipment as required
- Assists in weighing grading loading and blending all grain
- Assist in leading daily housekeeping to maintain a safe environment for employees and customers
- Assist with seasonal fertilizer loading and unloading trucks tender driving and handling of products/chemicals
- Assist with feed mill and seed shed duties; loading unloading and sorting inventory
- Help to complete monthly inventory of all location products
*Must be able to obtain a Hazmat endorsement within the first 120 days of employment
