HR Responsibilities
- Provides support for the studio Regional Talent Team in all aspects of HR including benefits administration employee recognition record keeping and administration.
- Assists studio Talent Generalist in the employee onboarding process including completing new hire paperwork employee setup Everify I9 form administration and conducting new hire orientations.
- Maintains HRIS database.
- Responds to employment verifications and other employee requests as needed.
- Coordinates HR sessions for annual review wellness initiatives and open enrollment.
- Utilizes interpersonal skills to field employee inquiries.
- Keeps open and clear communication.
- Performs tasks and responsibilities in an organized timely and consistent way.
- Selfchecks work for accuracy omissions and legibility.
- Reports directly to the local Talent Manager.
- Manages administrative tasks in a timely fashion with a high level of accuracy (HR system entries New Hire Orientation Personnel Change Notices Termination paperwork etc..
Recruiting Responsibilities
- Assists in the recruitment process including publishing ads internally and externally sourcing potential candidates coordinating interviews and preparing offer letters if needed.
- Organizes career fairs ensures firm representatives are prepared and completes student followup.
- Researches and sources potential candidates for job opportunities.
- Manages candidate coordination interview scheduling and reference checking.
- Delivers transactional activities and processes in an efficient easytouse manner including offer letters and reports.
