Job Description

HR Responsibilities

  • Provides support for the studio Regional Talent Team in all aspects of HR including benefits administration employee recognition record keeping and administration.
  • Assists studio Talent Generalist in the employee onboarding process including completing new hire paperwork employee setup Everify I9 form administration and conducting new hire orientations.
  • Maintains HRIS database.
  • Responds to employment verifications and other employee requests as needed.
  • Coordinates HR sessions for annual review wellness initiatives and open enrollment.
  • Utilizes interpersonal skills to field employee inquiries.
  • Keeps open and clear communication.
  • Performs tasks and responsibilities in an organized timely and consistent way.
  • Selfchecks work for accuracy omissions and legibility.
  • Reports directly to the local Talent Manager.
  • Manages administrative tasks in a timely fashion with a high level of accuracy (HR system entries New Hire Orientation Personnel Change Notices Termination paperwork etc..

Recruiting Responsibilities

  • Assists in the recruitment process including publishing ads internally and externally sourcing potential candidates coordinating interviews and preparing offer letters if needed.
  • Organizes career fairs ensures firm representatives are prepared and completes student followup.
  • Researches and sources potential candidates for job opportunities.
  • Manages candidate coordination interview scheduling and reference checking.
  • Delivers transactional activities and processes in an efficient easytouse manner including offer letters and reports.

  • Recruitment outreach interviewing and selection experience within the AEC or related design industry

  • Proficient in Microsoft Suite including Teams

Software

  • Knowledge of Microsoft Outlook Word Excel Power Point Adobe Suite
  • Talent Applicant Tracking Systems
  • UKG Pro

Licensure/Certifications/Education

  • SHRM certification or PHR (preferred not required)
  • Bachelors degree in related field
