Source candidates via job portals social media & referrals.
Conduct initial screenings & coordinate with clients.
Maintain candidate databases & ensure smooth onboarding.
Experience: 01 years in recruitment telesales or customer service.
Languages: English & regional languages preferred.
Education: Any graduate or equivalent.
Skills: Strong communication targetdriven techsavvy.
