Who Were Looking For:
We are seeking a dedicated and highly organized Senior Project Manager to manage the implementation of related technical training (RTI) for high school students in our registered apprenticeship program (RAP). This role requires someone who is comfortable with change and ambiguity skilled in managing multiple projects and able to build and maintain relationships with a variety of stakeholders. The ideal candidate will be passionate about workforce development and education with strong communication and problemsolving skills.
Job Summary:
Reporting to the Director of Training and Credentialing the Senior Project Manager is responsible for overseeing the implementation coordination and documentation of CWNYs RTI training for high school students enrolled in the RAP. This role will collaborate crossfunctionally with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the smooth of the program. The Senior Project Manager will serve as the primary point of contact for the New York State Department of Labor (NYSDOL) and related partners including CareerWise USA ensuring the proper administration and compliance of RAP.

Location:
This role is based in New York NY. CareerWise staff typically work a hybrid work schedule with Tuesday Wednesday and Thursday in the office and other days remote. Remote work is not guaranteed and the schedule must be approved by the supervisor. There may be occasions (possibly 13 times per year) for staff to gather together in person. Exceptions will be made for special circumstances.
Compensation:
The starting salary range for this role is: $75000.00 $85000.00 annually; this role is not covered by the minimum wage and overtime provisions of the FLSA.
