You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailWe are looking athiring for Regional Sales Managerbasedon the current role and designation of the person.
The role primarily focuses on:
1.Identify markets / schools where the ERP can be sold.
2.Contacting potential clients via emails cold calls and exploratory visits.
3.Visiting schools and make presentations and demo about the ERP.
4.Arrange meetings with Senior Management / decision makers for closure of deals
5.Organizing and driving events for lead sourcing and new territory expansions.
6.Organizing and Handling of ATL/BTL marketing activities and events.
7.Competitor analysis and developing intel on competitive landscape and competitor strategies
8.Tracking of various marketing activities to achieve better ROI and CPI.
9.Achieving the planned targets and driving revenues for the org.
10. Carrying out ERP Brand building and Brand Positioning activities
11. Assisting the Marketing Head in drafting proposal and ensuring deal closing.
12. Meeting Clients giving presentations and engaging with clients on behalf of the organization.
13. Monitor various business development activities and update the Marketing Head / CEO on the same.
14. Monitor business improvement projects on regular basis and look into the strategic and operational initiatives.
15. Work closely with the IT team for deal closure product improvement and market intel.
16. Vendor Management.
17. Event Management.
18. Updating of Website and Collateral with new updates / changes.
KEY EXPECTATIONS:
1.Strong interpersonal skills ability to communicate and manage well at all levels internally as externally.
2.Articulate and good negotiation skills.
3.High achievement orientation with a will to take up additional responsibilities as and when opportunity arise.
4.Strong problem solving and creative skills and the ability to exercise sound judgment and make decisions based on accurate and timely analyses.
5.Would need to travel extensively and plan his visit schedules.
6.Having a strong understanding of the School ERP business and competitors.
7.Team player with a high level of integrity and dependability with a strong sense of urgency and resultsorientation.
8.Should be able to adapt and comfortable in coordinating with various people at all levels.
9.Well versed with MS Office Internet and presentation skills
10.15 years of experience of Marketing or Sales involving generating leads using cold calls visiting clients and arranging meetings for school ERP.
Experience:1 5 years in sales/marketing Field.Should have an experience in the School ERP sales. Added advantage if the person has connects at Schools / preschools.
