About the Role:As a Business Development Representative you will play a crucial role in generating outbound leads engaging decisionmakers and building a strong pipeline for our Sales team. You will own the top of the funnel identifying key accounts nurturing relationships and passing on highquality opportunities to Account Executives.

What Youll Do

  • Identify and Engage Prospects: Research and source outbound leads through platforms like Salesforce LinkedIn and Crunchbase.
  • Qualify and Nurture Leads: Maintain contact with outbound prospects overcoming objections and ensuring a seamless handover to the closing team.
  • Pipeline Development: Build and manage a strong pipeline of opportunities that drive revenue growth.
  • Strategic Market Research: Develop indepth knowledge of the companies and markets you oversee identifying key players and opportunities.
  • Collaboration with Sales Teams: Work closely with Account Executives to align on sales strategies and effectively transition qualified leads.
  • CRM Management: Update and maintain Salesforce records for efficient lead management and tracking.

What You Have

  • Native French & Fluent English Must
  • Minimum of 2 years SDR experience Must
  • Experience working with SaaS products Advantage
  • Hunter mentality with a proactive gogetter approach
  • Selfstarter with excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills across email LinkedIn phone and other channels
  • Ability to craft concise impactful emails and conduct effective calls
  • Experience in precall planning and sales pipeline management
  • Familiarity with sales methodologies and Salesforce a plus
