Are you a gogetter with a positive disposition and a passion for making customers happy We are seeking a Cashier / Service Admin Clerkwith excellent customer service skills and a winning attitude. In this role you will invoice and reciptout all Service department customers scan documentation file warranty and extended service contracts and adminster loaner agreements for our extended courteous transportation fleet. You will also be responsible for basic accounting skills and knowledge of routine accounting functions in both accounts receivable and accounts payable.

Responsibilities
  • Answer dealership group phones greet and receive prospects and customers
  • Scan submit and file extended service contract payments
  • Invoice and collect payment for Parts Service and Body Shop Customers
  • Administer vehicles for our large loaner fleet
  • File all documentation
  • Work cooperatively with the Service dept and other internal teams
  • Communicate with callers and visitors in a professional friendly and efficient manner
  • Type memos correspondence reports and other documents
  • Assist in scheduling and confirming service and body shopappointments
  • Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
  • Excellent listening/communication skills outgoing and positive personality
  • Punctual nature and ability to handle schedule flexibility and dynamic work environment
  • Professional appearance and eager to improve on all aspects
  • Valid drivers license and clean driving record
